Let's get this going: TigerDroppings Golf Tournament

I think we would get a fair good amount of participation. I would drive over from Gainesville to Baton Rouge to participate in it as well. It could raise some good money for a charity. But, I would do a flighted stroke play tournament and not a scramble.

I know you dont wanna do a scramble but if we did two man teams with your teammate being from around the same area so yall could represent your area.

I'd see if we could get a 2-day four ball. Have a net and gross winner.
Could even do an individual stroke play winner too if everyone promised to putt out even if their ball wasn't the low score on that hole

Make it like a Ryder Cup event.
Do alternating shot for 6, scramble for 6, and best ball for 6. Not necessarily in that order.

We could realistically make a tournament happen.
It would have to be a charity tournament and a scramble. If we could find someone to take the reigns and organize it.
One option could be the opening BYU game weekend in Houston. Another could be a Friday of a home football game weekend.

We need a head count, a solid one, could get a group deal at Fallen Oak without having to stay at the Beau......... need a vote on area though, we could arrange a block at a top track with enough pre paid commitments. I can get a lot of us on Dancing Rabbit for pennies on the dollar as well.

I would suggest a stroke play and do it like a club championship. You declare beforehand if your playing for Gross or Net. And you have a Gross Champ and a Net Champ
