What is Florida's State Motto?

A Florida neo-Nazi converted to Islam and killed 2 roommates for ‘disrespecting’ his faith, police say
There has to be something about Florida. I know they're known as "the Orange State", but really they should be known as the "Felon State". They have to have some state billboard that I've never paid attention to that invites this.
What is their state motto? The True Dregs of Society? Where Violent Drug Offenders Call Home? Deadbeat Dads, You've Made It? Serial Killer Paradise? America's True Nuthouse?
I mean there's something specific with Florida, and I'm sick of the media dodging what is in the water in this state that attracts maniacs and dregs from all over the country to go there.

I think part of it can be attributed to the population size of Florida vs other Southern states. If you took New Orleans Metro, made it one county, and moved it to Florida, there would still be five counties with a larger population. Plenty of opportunities for trash to be trash.
If those other states had the population of Florida I can only imagine the stories that would come out of them.
