Either:
the Rockets entire organization is unbelievably incompetent and couldn't diagnose a severe injury that jeapordized their season and their franchise players' health, that someone on their couch could diagnose
Or
James Harden knew he had a concussion, and hid it from his team, did nothing about it, jeapordized his entire team's success due to his own ego, and then, knowingly went out to a night club all night with flashing lights and booze, despite having such a severe injury that he could barely function on the court.
So which is it? Or is it both?

Harden was either hungover from being out till early morning or he was abusing something pregame. Nothing more to it.

But we all know that B isn't the one to lie so if he said that James had a concussion, he must have had one. What a shitty look for the rockets organization that they let their star player play with such a serious injury

It's crazy how incompetent of an organization the Rockets are to allow Harden to play with such a severe injury that could be diagnosed in just a few minutes over the TV by an Amateur Unlicensed Pretty Good Body Language Expert (TM).
