Start off by taking an extremely hard stance on gun crimes and it will slowly solve itself. You'd also have to legalize marijuana all around, but treat it just as alcohol with DUIs and such. There alot of socioeconomic policies that have to change in order to correct it.
Most yes but that wasn't what was being said in this thread. People were saying they said nothing. They did and many of their followers echoes their sentiments.
My thinking is that they know there is nothing that can be done about their own community. Like pissing in the wind. Have given up on even trying. So, the next best thing is ripping on white people to pass their time. I think they had to say something about this since the kid was so high profile and had good grades.

We NEED more prisons and we NEED to keep violent offenders locked up until they rot.
If we let the non-violent offenders out, there'd be plenty of space for the violent folks.

We NEED more prisons
We have the highest incarceration rate in the country, and the US has one of the highest rates in the industrialized world. How's that working for us?
I'm sure the perpetrators do have convictions for violent crimes as you said, but simply tossing them in a cell for 15 years does nothing except make them more likely to go back. Zero rehabilitation. Zero prospects for most people with felony convictions on their records. Our recidivism rates are through the roof because of how our prisons are run. Simply having more prisons will just exacerbate the problem since so many of them are privatized and they make money by making sure every bed is full.

we probably have the weakest educational system in the industrialized world.
and where does LA rank in that again?

If the parents don't care about their child's education how do we make the kids care?

So you would move if you were struck by lightening in your backyard?

and where does LA rank in that again?
We have 1,420 people per 100,000 adults currently in jail. 2nd place is OK with 1,300/100,000.
LA is ranked 47th in % of pop with a HS diploma, 46th with bachelor's degree, and 46th with advanced degrees.
Going by the states below us in terms of HS diplomas and their rankings on incarceration rates plus the % difference in incarceration rates compared to LA:
California - 31st -47.2%
Texas - 6th -20.4%
Mississippi - 3rd -10.5%
So Mississippi has only 1.1% fewer people with a HS dipoloma, 1.8% fewer with bachelors, and are equal with advanced degrees yet have 10.5% less of their population incarcerated.
There is a massive difference between our incarceration rates compared to everyone else and education rates don't explain this when there are other states with poor education and much lower incarceration rates.

Was he supposed to lock himself in a basement and never go out in public again?

I disagree. The lower 30% of students drag La. rankings down. It's not a systematic problem, it's a culture problem

Hmmm, suck a fat dick MM and KB
Sorry I just found this, but this is perfectly stated.
Kibbles and Helmet could CARE LESS about the black community. How do we know? They said nothing on this. These two wanna be "bloggers" and "activists" and other stupid fricking unemployed public leeches, then get used to it. Neither would be out in the black community outside Alton Sterling (with 1,000's of media). Neither would stand outside Triple H on a night of normalcy.
They are both bigger frauds than Gravy. Neither of them are respected by their own people or families. They probably did something heinous like spend a bunch of credit card debt; got jealous because their sister was prettier; got drunk as skunk one night and got "raped"...I despise these kinds of women. REAL women (like the ones TD.com are married to) do not need to go FB live for attention. Then, our women get sexy? Kibbles hates that! The spotlight is on her!
But yeah, you two...since you excommunicated/have been banned from your own tribe...how's the familiarity of all of this ringing in your ears? Kibbles, you should marry a pushover like your rival...if you can find one who will put up with your ridiculous, self-absorbed bullshite for 24 hours.
* and where are your opinions on Bryant Lee anyway? That's right...you do not care who he is...because there's little national media attention in it for you. damn, I have yall PEGGED!

You realize that the where you would be struck by lightning isn't the only place you would be able to get struck by lightning right? If you ever get in a wreck on the interstate would you never drive on the interstate again? You are one stupid a-hole.

Should rally around him instead of Alton Sterling
