Yes, fat does not make you fat. Mooochle's program was an unmitigated diaster. The amount of food was calorically the same for everyone; be it a 90lbs cheerleader or a 260 lbs lineman. It wasn't enough the kids didn't like it either - schools were actually throwing away more food because of the program.
Oh, and let's not mention the fact that ketchup was considered a vegetable.....ketchup.
