Coys is only place I know of out there but their labor rate is like $140 per hour. If you don't mind taking the 20 minute drive to Walker call 225-667-4111. They have honest diesel mechanics there that do good work.

Coy's Diesel. They used to be off 621 but I think they may have moved to Airline.

Tri Care. They work on all my vechiles outside of warranty. They may not be the cheapest but Lance is a stand up guy and will stand behind their work. Not to mention Sheldon, Shelby and Jose are great also.

Didn't an OB poster get on here and rant about Coy's wanting to fight a customer? I'm pretty sure he created an account to defend himself.

TriCare does great work at a premium price.

My 2009 F350 just required $2600 of repairs at 89k.

God help you if you have a modern diesel...

If they do good work, that labor rate is cheap.

My 08 Cummins had its fair share of work done by them also and it's not cheap but they stand by their work. They rebuilt my front end and I had sensor go out and they replaced it without question.
