I plan on moving a chunk of my Fidelity 401 to FBTC today. Will also probably exchange out all GBTC I have in my HSA and ROTHs to FBTC as well

Same. I will be cycling out of GBTC. I can't understand why they are keeping fees at 1.5%.

They can’t explain it either. There is no reason to stay with them at 5x fees of the ETFs. They are about to get a massive redemptions and seem oblivious or just want to squeeze everything g they can out of their customers that don’t exchange.
