Proper massage protocol?? (Non-Asian Massage)

When you get a deep tissue massage, do you drop trow or do you wear your underwear?

Whatever you are comfortable with. Nude is acceptable and usually the default.

No underwear. You'll undress with them out of room and cover with a towel. They will keep you covered appropriately throughout the massage. That's the norm.
However, if you aren't comfortable with that, leave your underwear on. I'm sure they don't care either way but most underwear will be in the way a little for a full body massage.

Side question. Has anyone teared up on a massage because it hurt so bad? Not ballin your eyes out but silently waterfalling in the head rest. I did one time when she hit a rotator cuff that was injured.

Just had a full body Massage about 2 weeks ago. Put the leopard speedo's on. The young lady couldn't keep her hands off of me.
