Where do you get a money order these days?

I have to pay a ticket by mail and they don't take anything except a money order. Does a regular bank do them?

A lot of grocery stores have Western Unions at the customer service desks. I'm assuming WU still does money orders, I've never sent one.

Post Office is the correct answer. In fact, many places will only take USPS money orders because they are the hardest to forge.

Your bank will do them. Might be no cost to you depending on your relationship with bank.

You can use a bank, but it's fairly expensive (like $5). Walmart can do money orders for 25 cents
