How in the hell did trump win this county with the following demographics?

Robeson County, North Carolina
Trump won this county 50-46 over hillary clinton, despite the county being only 32% white, one of the most non-white counties outside urban areas.
He was the first republican to win the county since 1972. Obama won it by 18 points in 2012.
What did hilldawg do to piss off the native american vote?

My uneducated guess?
1. Native Americans tend to be a bit more conservative than most people give them credit for.
2. Native Americans are pretty low on the Hierarchy of Racial Grievance

Edit: American Indians have the lowest turnout rate at 47.5% compared to the National average of 63.6%

From my experience there are 3 kinds of Indians.
The reservation Indian. Truly the lowest of the low. Take a trip through the Navajo reservation sometime. You'll find squalor and misery that would make you think you're in a 3rd world country, a poor one at that. If they don't vote 90% plus Democratic I'll be shocked. While I haven't been to some of the Lakota ones I'm told they aren't much better.
The casino Indian. Not as many of them and they'll vote for anyone who keeps the gravy train rolling.
The loners. Smallish family groups who largely work together. Mine is one of the latter. The ones I know rarely come from the rez, it's almost impossible to break them away from that dependency and we tried for years. I don't know a member of my family that doesn't despise progressives and we aren't terribly fond of anyone else.

Robeson County borders the county where I live in SC. The Native Americans are Lumbee Indians. Many Lumbees are indistinguishable from white conservatives in appearance and political persuasion.
Their biggest issue is formal recognition of the Lumbee as a tribe and all the derivative benefits that entails.
In all seriousness, Trump's association with casino gambling was a benefit for him most likely, as the biggest hurdle to federal recognition of Indian tribes is usually moral opposition to gambling at the federal and state level.
