If they lose their seats, he's a one-term president. They're all in bed together.

Well he's not kidding. We all know this. The GOP has been down this road.

The last time they had congress they did nothing.

I take it you still haven't figured that these polls are pure shite. People who vote for trump are not running around participating in these fake news poles. Which is not really surprising considering you're dumbfrick snowflake liberal.

Rasmussen poll minus 6.4% = real poll. (Real Clear Politics composite poll number 43.6% approval rating for Trump ).

A little. By not involving himself too much in the process though, he's given himself cover to blame it on Ryan and the House Republicans that drafted it. He barely even mentioned it last night at his rally in Kentucky. He was told the bill is on the ropes, so he goes to the House this morning and threatens them over losing their seats. Real leadership. He's setting them up to take the fall if it fails to pass, or if it passes and is a failure.

What in the holy frick. If this was actually a repeal and not some piece of complete dogshit bill theyre trying to ram thru Trump might have a point. But he's not calling for a repeal. He's calling for dogshit.

Disappointing.

tell me again what their poll numbers for election were? And even if we take these fake polls into consideration, 43 is still NORTH of 40. That's a fact

The RCP average was Clinton +3.2, while the final results were Clinton +2.1

So... pretty accurate?

I don't mean this in any disrespectful or insulting way, but this really shouldn't surprise anyone. In one of his debates with Hillary, he clearly showed he had no idea what Obamacare was, nor how it really worked. People that knew him, warned people he didn't have the attention span to learn the details on things. So it's a safe bet he doesn't fully know what is in this bill and what it does, other than it repeals Obamacare and lowers taxes. To him it's about the scoreboard. Repealing Obamacare is a W. He doesn't really care how he gets there, as long as he gets the W.

And

Don't go together.

He has the power to veto the bill and make it better. He has chosen to sit in silence on a very important bill because he is scared he may look bad. That's shitty leadership.

The truth is Trump promised us a great new bill which covers everyone, is affordable, and makes insurance companies compete to lower rates. This bill will not achieve that goal. Not saying Obamacare was a great success, but Trumpcare will likely be worse.

He had no real plan to figure this out, and now is trying to shovel blame on to others. That's terrible leadership.

All they are doing is trying to sell the American people they repealed and replaced Obamacare which was one of the things they campaigned on.

They don't give a rats arse whats in the bill and who it affects.

I'm sure the public will gobble it up again.

He just wants a trophy to put on the shelf, he knows he can deflect the blame later and his flock will stay perfectly in line.

you can't post something like that without the after it if it is intended to be sarcasm.

Your post was way too close to what people on this board actually believe.

It'll be interesting to see if the House Freedom Caucus actually has the principles they go on and on about or if they sell out and bend the knee.

This threat seems a bit hollow given how the Ryan race against a Trumpkin turned out.

I got news for you, Ryan is going to have the votes in the House. I wouldn't worry about the Freedom Caucus. They have had an opportunity to add to the bill.

This fight will be lost in the Senate.

But the replacement bill isn't any good, and nobody really seems to like it once they learn about it.

For all the talk about the ACA being rammed through it actually took nearly year from its introduction in July of 2009 (along with a decent number of alternative options) until it was signed into law by President Obama in March of 2010.

Ryan held a 17 hour session to ram Trumpcare through Ways and Means without even waiting for a CBO score.
