They have cabins set up on the Berry University campus for that.

To be fair, Berry has been running those programs long before CFA was a company. I remember going to those when I was in Christian middle school about 20 years ago.

Of course it is. There is no shortage of dorky, hard-working, middle-manager types filling the pews at Baptist churches every Sunday and Wednesday.

After it's all said and done they'll be on their way to making $80/hour - provided they only work 60 per week, which is likely low. I wouldn't uproot my family for a few years, toiling away at some random Chic Fil A for that end-goal. But plenty do, because it is a cult.

Damn this seems kind of personal to you. There are plenty of companies that close shop once a week. It's unique in the fast food industry but not really unique in the restaurant industry as whole. Why does it matter so much that a family-owned company whose owners are Christians let their values shape aspects of their business? Isn't that what free market capitalism is all about? Whose to say part of that isn't one of the reasons they are kicking everyone's arse in the fast food segment? You act like this is a bad irrational thing when it appears to be anything but.

And the operator I know definitely doesn't work 60 hours/week. He may go in for the breakfast rush one day, lunch rush the next day, dinner rush the next day to keep tabs/help out the operation but he is hardly ever there more than 8 hours a day or more than 5 days a week. He's consistently on 3 day weekends and takes multiple week long vacations a year. He will keep tabs on sales, inventory, etc remotely, but the guy seems to have tons of free time actually.

He's also anything but dorky. He's a normal guy. Drinks. Plays golf. Watches sports. Has a boat at the lake. Was in a fraternity in college. He does go to church most Sundays if he is in town so I know maybe that makes him really weird/dorky to you.

its ridiculous to shut a business down 52 days a year for religious reasons.

Many businesses are closed on sunday regardless. religious or not. Who cares? I am sure your opinion doesn't matter to them.

arrian and plutarch didn't write about ATG until 450 years after. But he existed right? But writings about jesus 60 years after prove he did not exist?

Please don't post stuff like this. He might take it as a request and feel he has something to prove and end up posting a pic of his cock on the steering wheel of his RR. LOL

Hey, you know what, its funny to see how butthurt some of you get. I should have posted in that "how much do you spend on food" thread, you guys roasted that guy for spending $1500/mo on food lol, you should see my credit card bill it would probably make you faint in that case. It's just so funny on the internet, someone says something, then others say prove it, and if you do you have a little weiner and are a total loser and if you don't you're a liar. I've always backed up everything ive said with pics in these threads, the credit card thread where I posted a really exclusive card you can't get unless you're a private bank customer at chase, and I've backed up all my stock information with legit analysis but of course I don't expect much support from the majority of guys on here working mediocre jobs who can't even fathom bringing home a couple hundred k a month.

haha im just saying there's alot more money out there than alot of these guys on this board think. Maybe its bc many are from small towns or whatever, but I get a kick out of how they get so worked up. Fat bastard wanted pics, i gave him pics and he's still ranting, you'll never win with these guys so I keep trolling, they don't get it. I've been told how many times that leasing 2 nice cars means Im poor and it cracks me up bc the lease payments on those 2 cars is around $75,000/year lol and they keep thinking its not a big deal.

just imagine what would happen if i posted pics of my OT 15 wife....

You keep proving it with every post! All us peons here have is real estate and stock market and private lending, etc.

Show us peons how to buy and run franchises/stores/businesses! You can do it! Don't stop now!

Can we move this thread to the OT? This got out of hand, fast.

To the OP... CFA takes 15 and 50... but it's not what was described in this thread. They take 15 percent of gross revenues as basically rent - they own the store and all the equipment. It's then 50 percent of the net profit.

200K a year in net after payment of all expenses seems very reasonable. 200K a month seems stupid.
