Have you ever fainted?

I'm not talking about passing out drunk, I'm talking about falling out where you stood. It's usually caused by a quick drop in blood pressure or a lack of oxygen.
I've fainted once in my life. I had my wisdom teeth out that morning, decided to go to friend's bar to get bite to eat for dinner. After first bite (it hurt like shite) my head started spinning. I go to bathroom to see if I tore my stitches out. I remember opening my mouth to look in mirror, next thing I know, the bouncer is lightly slapping on the cheek (with his hand, you pervs). A guy in the bathroom at the time said I fell straight back like a falling tree. He thought I cracked my head on the floor, I hit so hard.
They thought I was passed out drunk. Luckily my friend was there.
It felt like I was out for hours, as in sleeping.
This was in Atlanta. Luckily it wasn't Midtown, or I may have woken with an a-hole the size of the Lincoln Tunnel.

Why would you go to a bar to eat the day you had your wisdom teeth out?

It was a place kind of like Walk-On's called Jordan's.
It was that evening, I had teeth out that morning, slept all day, needed something to eat.

Yes in high school.
Honestly felt like I had slept 12 hours after I woke up. Bizarre.

I've done it twice in the midst of violent coughing fits.

Two or three times.
Every once in a while, I'll get up too fast and get really dizzy and have to sit back down. Once or twice, I've gotten so dizzy I fell out.
Once, I fell back and hit the back of my head on a doorknob. Hurt like hell when I woke up.

I was super sick in college one
It felt like my sinuses were full of concrete. And I just felt like dirt. Could drink couldn't eat couldn't breathe. Horrible fever.
My PCP was closed for the weekend and I said frick it. I went to the ER.
I explained to them that I just felt completely awful and my doc was out of town.
So I'm in this ER bed and the doc is trying to straight stick me to draw some blood. I've never been afraid of needles. But I hadn't drank in two days and looking down at this guy trying to poke my deflated veins and how pale and sullen I looked just made me queasy.
I was like "um. Can you stop.... Just.... Hold on.... Stop........ Uh......" And my vision started turning into sparkley TV static. It was like a curtain coming down over my vision and when it covered my entire field of vision I just fell back in the bed.
When I came to a few seconds later I told the nurse I was going to vomit. And puked my brains out in some bucket they gave me.
Eventually they gave me a steroid pill and my sinuses opened up immediately and I could finally breathe and gave me some antibiotics. Brought me a blanket. Let me nap for a bit. And I left.

Yep. Woke up in the middle of the night and my stomach hurt like hell. Went to the toilet nothing was happening/ I felt backed up and starting sweating profusely. Stand up and my ears start to ring and everything goes dim. Next thing I know I'm on the floor. Stand up and I just go lay back down in bed. Felt better the next morning.

Nah, but have been knocked out water skiing. Blacked out 3 or 4 times in the next hour afterwards.
I each time I would come too, I couldn't remember much of anything that was going on. Really a strange feeling. I didn't remember my girlfriend. My dad had just had a stage 4 tumor removed from his brain and I didn't remember that either.
