The basis of his article is that immigrants do not commit crimes at a higher rate as Americans. Well no shite! No group on earth commits crimes at a higher rate that American blacks.

If it's between Increased Crime and Illegal Immigration then the correlation should be 100% (since they all are committing a crime just by being here illegally).

A situation like that would be expected to create a statistical skew. In fact, such a skew would be all but a certainty. Not because the migrants are inherently bad. But because their circumstances are.
That's why "studies" would attempt to not isolate the illegal immigrant subset.

Uh, there is no debate that crime rates are higher among poor minorities.
This study is a hack piece that tries to argue against long standing, law enforcement data.

Is this a scientific study were the dictionary definition is used for technical terms such as immigration? If these are legal immigrants who were properly vetted to be hard working honest people who came here to assimilate, then duh! Of course they would be an asset to their new communities!
But if this is a PC, libtard, pseudoscience propaganda piece that defines immigration as the invasion of illegal aliens, your wasting our time! And the authors probably wasted our tax money from a government grant!
So I guess since 36.7% of the incarcerated in federal prison are illegal aliens, they're just doing the crime that Americans won't!
