If that were the only analysis, I guess we should go ahead and repeal the 13th, 14th, and 15th amendments.

Criminal and illegal are synonymous. All illegals committed a crime when they entered this country illegally.

People like to think that illegals commit fewer crimes than regular citizens (outside of the obvious unlawful immigration), and often quote ridiculously low crime statistics for them. However, many states don't bother to track the immigration status of their criminals, or they may track it on the state level, but not at the local level (like in sanctuary cities). Sometimes they only take the immigration status for particular crimes that require them to contact the INS.
The point is, you have to extrapolate to get your crime statistics, so that is why you see wildly different crime stats about illegals, ranging form they commit only 1/3 the number of crimes that legal residents commit to they commit 3 times as many crimes...

No. They realize it, thus the mental gymnastics and play with words.

Define "crime".
If a crime is a commited act in violation of the law, then 100% of illegals have committed a crime.

And many municipalities under-report the crime statistics of legal residents.

I understand that. Juan doesn't.

So you want to pick and choose which laws to enforce based on what, exactly?

Are you asking if the potheads have to leave the country?

They have fake ones. The money they pay in just sits in the trust fund, and actually works to stabilize it.
