Save your lecture for your kids. LSU fans have every right to criticize Fournette. He quit on his team and the fans.
You need to get off his nuts and stop defending a poor decision by Fournette.
Now he shows up fat at an NFL combine and you nimrods defend that and say he has nothing to prove. I thought the NFL was his lifelong goal supposedly. Well, exactly when does Fournette have something to prove? When does that day get here? Ridiculous.

That's why this testing is so important. If he does well, he cements his status as the top back in the draft. If he doesn't do the drills or test well, he slides to number two. Not for lack of talent, because he is better than Cook, but if Cook performs well, and LF7 doesn't do the drills, momentum swings to Cook.

If he puts up a fast 40 time at a ripped 240 lbs it only helps his draft stock. Also only stupid people would equate Fournettes skipping of the bowl game to McCafferty's. Fournette sat out the game due to a lingering injury that plagued him a good portion of the season. Also he is going to be able to show off his good hands, shiftiness, and smooth route running ability at the combine, and how good an asset he can be catching the ball out of the backfield. An ability that some people are questioning due to the lack of that being utilized while he was at LSU.

This year it seemed almost every time he was tackled they were targeting his ankle and twisting it after the tackle. With Guice performing at the level he was, why wouldn't he sit out and let it recover. I'm not saying he's going to run "faster" at 240, but with his build and frame, I'm not sure 5 or even 10 pounds will affect him.

He is literally so valuable because of his athletic ability. He needs to put it on display. He lacks vision and isn't fluid so he needs to be a 240 lb back running a 4.4 like some on here think he will.

Every fricking player that puts on an LSU uniform owes the fans, the school, his coaches, and his teammates his best effort. I don't think we got that and personally I don't care about the NFL. When a player is in college he should play and when he is supposed to showup for an NFL combine he should show up in shape and not overweight.

We love Leonard, but this is not good. He did not play much in order to rehab the ankle. If truly working out and motivated, he should be around 225. I hope he is focused on the right things.

Yea setting all those LSU records were not his best effort lol! Just wow!! Donating his jersey to the victims in SC. Man that's nothing. Playing on a bum ankle this past year and still grinding it out man no effort there. He represented LSU well. You got to see him play in an LSU uniform and you got what u deserved as a fan. Yea L'Veon Bell was 247 how has that worked out for him?
