Is Scar the biggest POS in all of the Disney Animated Films?

Dude murdered his brother and tried to murder his nephew, who was also a child.
He also single handedly fricked up the circle of life and brought down an entire region of Africa. On top of all of this his mannerisms were creepy as hell and he was also a traitor to his whole species by aligning with their sworn enemy, the hyenas.
He was an evil bastard and deserved to be eaten alive.

Scar actually had an understandable reason for being a jerk. I mean, it was all about power, and that makes sense.

No, Frollo is much worse than Scar. He murders an innocent woman, tries to drown her baby, emotionally abuses said baby for decades, has people tortured to death who don't meet his standards, gives a woman an option to either be raped or burned at the stake, burns down half of Paris to find the woman he wants to rape, and attempts genocide and murder the person he raised as his own child. And he justifies all of this with his piety and that God is on his side. The man was a total monster and hypocrite in all walks of life.
Scar just wanted power, and his brother and nephew were in the way from him getting it. He's a nasty piece of work, sure, but nowhere near Frollo's level.

Gideon, Strombolli, and Coachman from Pinocchio are pretty fricking bad.
Luring wayward young boys with tales of Pleasure Island only to trap them into a life of slavery and abuse, turning them into donkeys, mutilation (the book has some seriously foul shite), and eventually murder (using Pinocch as firewood once he is no longer a draw).
At least Scar was part of the animal kingdom.

Jafar was a textbook sociopath. He was pretty much knowingly leading people to their death until he could find the one to get him what he wanted in which he would then immediately kill that person. Plus he was probably a good 35 years older than Jasmine and sought to force a genie to make her love him against her will.
