what's wrong with the Georgia Dome?

Falcon's fans are lucky they're getting a new stadium with retractable roof. Wish we had one in KC. Hate rain/cold weather games. But I do like the natural lighting of the Sun. I noticed most teams never have roof open...maybe 1-2 games if that. Is there anything wrong with Georgia Dome? Georgia Dome looks better than Superdome but the Saints manage to keep playing in it.

Unbelievable. The Superdome is much better. It's in a better place. It looks better inside. It has character. The Georgia Dome is stale and terrible inside.

It doesn't look enough like an anus for Atlanta fans.

Well then they must have plans to build 2 new stadiums after that epic choke job this past weekend.

Atlanta is swimming in growth and can afford fancy new stadiums. New Orleans is stagnant dump that refuses to change

They got a new stadium because the ATL ownership wanted a better deal and the city officials got their pockets lined. There's nothing wrong with the ATL stadium, its just not jerry's world or close.

There really isn't a comparison between the two right now.
Superdome is in great shape and freshly renovated. There is nothing wrong with it, and the area around the Dome is booming

Have you seen the new stadium?
It's tight.
Like man's anus.

The Georgia Dome is state owned and operated. The Falcons wanted more control and revenue streams.
Also, the Georgia Dome would have needed hundreds of millions of dollars in renovations and they needed to replace to roof soon.

This (though technically the state will still own it "on paper" for legal purposes).

Yep, I never said that the state is completely out of it. It is still on their land.
I just want Atlanta to approve a casino downtown.

It also opened up the city for a better chance at hosting the CFP Championship (2018), Super Bowl (2019) and Final Four (2020). So far that seems to be paying off.

They're building it in honor of their recent Super Bowl champio...

I may be mistaken, but the Georgia Dome is constantly hosting major events. 2013 Final Four, Regional Semis in 2012, SEC championship game every year, and the College Football Playoff this year. I'm sure there are many other reasons, but tend to believe that getting to host certain things that it's already hosted is not tops on that list.

The first thing I think of when I see that stadium is a camera iris; it looks damn cool.
Weird that the first thing every Saints fan thinks of is an anus.

Okay now it's specifically a man's anus??
Maybe it's time to come to terms with yourself. The truth will set you free.
