Hello All
I'm looking for a device that can be used to monitor all web traffic for a small business. I believe some people are spending too much time shopping and such. Does anyone have any experience with an Untangled Firewall or have any ideas that would work for us?

I sat through a presentation for Fortinet a few years ago. Not sure on the cost, but you might want to check it out.

Are you saying that you're a brick and mortar business and people are using too much of your Wifi?
Or are you an online presence receiving too much traffic?
Or are you a website that is trying to cut down on time on site to get conversions faster?

Wireshark is probably more than you need, but if you are willing to learn it you can see pretty much everything going on as well as save it.
If you want to just be lazy about it you can install VNC on each computer and just pop up a window to spy on what they're doing from your computer.

Depending on the size and usage, you may want to consider a Meraki device - that said, that might be a bit much for you.

OP needs to figure out what he really wants.
At first it sounded like you wanted to block a few websites at your office. Now it sounds like you want real time monitoring of lots of users in multiple locations.
The more you want to do, the more its going to cost. No one is going to be able to give you a decent answer without better info.

Are your employees hourly? If not, does it matter?
