We lost another great poster. R.I.P. Ashman

For those of you who don't venture to the Fark Board, Ashman has been one of the best posters on that board and this one for the last year or so. Sad to see the news that Ashman has passed away after a long battle with cancer. His son wrote a really moving tribute to a hell of a man:

That's terrible and cancer sucks. It's crazy how far we've come with treatment, yet there are so many examples like this (maybe more awareness too) that makes it feel otherwise.

I'm unsure if he ever mentioned his condition. I certainly never saw it. It takes a confident and content man to go on (even on a message board) as if there is nothing wrong.
