genetics, exercise, diet.

Genetics can be overcome, but it requires effort or self-control. It also could have something to do with their choice of clothing as well. I have never had any complaints over any of the women's arses I've gotten to closely inspect.

Perception of what constitutes a "good arse" varies. I for one prefer a slightly bigger, rounder arse (as demonstrated by my girl Brooke Adams below) whereas others might prefer a nonexistent arse such as that if Taylor Swift. So, to ask such a question is really a matter of perception rather than a statement of reality.
