In the last 20 years or so pretty much Jon Gruden & Mike Tomlin have been the only good hires who were under 35 at the time.

The guy is probably going to flop big time. Once things start going downhill just a little bit nobody is going to care what this guy has to say. Even if he is smart enough for the job.

From one extreme to the other. I don't think it's necessarily a bad decision. Better than getting another failed NFL coach.
