I just had four weeks off after Christmas/New years break along with the birth of my son. I was getting burned out from work right before I had the four weeks off. What are some suggestions you guys have for me after having four weeks off?

shite in the coffee pot. If you can take four weeks in a row off, you're not that vital to the company and you're going to be let go anyway.

6 weeks in fall 2010.

I was loaned to another district to train some hands.

when done I went home. that area manager never told my manager we were done. I had sent an email to let him know.

6 weeks later he calls up bitching. but it was all his fault

I've always had the mentality that everyone is replaceable, but I doubt they let me go

I hate threads like this because it's soul-crushing to think it will probably be 20-30 more years before I can take off more than a week straight.

Worked from home from mid October til last week for the birth of my daughter. The holidays are a really slow time, so it didn't feel like I did too much for those 12 weeks.
