Top 10 pick. No reason to stay

Agreed.

But if he wants to come back, I wouldn't be mad

Typically, you don't call a PC to say you're staying

Actually at LSU atleast it seems the opposite.

When a press confrence is scheduled it's been more often they are staying.

Just a year or 2 ago this was done.

the tape of him chasing jackson down from across the field the other day probably has GMs salivating

When they showed the replay of where he started from, I thought to myself, "that single play should assure anyone of his draftability"

Regardless of what he does, he's one of my favorite tigers, up there with PP7 and mathieu. They guy left it out there every game and represented LSU in a great way. It's selfish to want him to stay, and he has earned the right to decide what's best for him.

promise he made to his family about getting his degree!

This is exactly it. Dad says he's ready and should go. Mom wants him to get his degree. He's leaning towards staying but has not totally made up his mind. Take it for what it's worth but my wife knows the family through her work and that what she told me.

Not like he can't get his degree online, LSU works with athletes in this regard. They allow them to Skype classes and what not.

Nah, he needs the classroom time.

Plus he can play football for LSU one more year.

Remember when we were debating on weather to take him or hootie Jones

Hootie Jones and Cam Robinson were a package deal. Could blame Les for that but in the long run i would take Adams over those 2 gun carrying weed heads!

GtownTiger-Hootie and Cam weren't the package deal, it was Cam Robinson and Cam Sims (WR) that was the package deal. Cam Sims was not a priority for LSU at the time.

NFL will even help

He can do no wrong in my book. He knows what he wants out of live. I wish him the best, and he will always be a favorite.

Yeah a lot of players get degrees once they leave, they just do it online. One of the reasons there isn't much hoopla... NFL should advertise what they do to help players after their playing days.

It's almost like some of you would rather watch him ball out in the pros, rather than stay, and ball out some more at LSU.

I'm sure the kid wouldn't come back unless there was a nice insurance policy involved. Him and his family aren't stupid people.

Makes me think that some of you fools just want to be able to tout another DB drafted into the 1st round.

Yep when I was a graduate assistant they called to determine what a former player needed. Sounded like a whole program where they figure what they need how to get it.
