Exactly, and can pretty much choose when you want to work. Paid a lot of bills for me while I was in college. I still do it for the fun of it.

Set up a snowball stand. From April to September, you could open up around 2 or 3PM until 8 or 9PM and pull in some money.

For adult rec leagues, absolutely. Maybe high school games.

Middle school and younger, no thanks. Between parents who think their kid is a budding professional and early teens who can't control their emotions, it just isn't worth it.

I coach a junior club sport. It isn't great money but I really enjoy it and we use the $ for travel.

Last year it paid for trips to:

Vegas
Orlando
Tampa
Destin

If you know what you're doing you can make a good living with it. Keyword though, if.

Be a handy man.. I have a guy, who works a full time job but he fixes appliances. He use to work at an appliance store when he was younger, dude has saved me a lot of money.. Are you able to work on anything that could be of service to anyone?

Tutor... unless you are dumb..

Drive a school bus. You run a route in the morning, one in the evening, don't have to drive on all the holidays schools have off and you get pretty good benefits and a decent supplementary income.

Computer maintenance. Anyone I have talked to who has brought their computer to one of those computer shops seem like they all have the same story. When they got their computer back it had all kinds of virus scan software on it and their computer was slower than before they brought it. I'd imagine most people who bring their computer to those places don't do common maintenance on their computer. More times than not I would imagine it is problems that are easily fixable.. Unless you have no idea what you are doing when it comes to computers... that.

Pet sitting. Especially if you live in a rural area where people have horses and other livestock. Go by, feed the pets, clean a stall or two and go home. You'd be surprised how many people need the help.

When I was saving up to buy my first house out of college and needed the rest of my 3 1/2% to put down, I got into flipping stuff. I would search craigslist, la sportsman, FB resale sites and find stuff cheap and resell it. Mostly big things like mowers, appliances, etc. made about 6k in like 5 months.

Sign up with Uship. You can search for things that are located close to your home to bring to places that you want to go, and be paid for it.
