Miles - 63
Orgeron - 55
Chavis - 60
Aranda - 40
Cameron - 55
Canada - 44
I know there are pros and cons both ways, experience over youth. But I have to say I kind of like the movement towards younger coaches.
And of course we have Pete Jenkins to keep things grounded.

To me, that's YOUTH. At least the last two.

yeah, especially O at 55, LOL. I'm not saying that is old by any means but other than Arnsparger I think he is the oldest head coach we've hired. Saban was 49, Miles was 52, I think.

I was just poking fun of all the old farts on the board. O still has plenty of years coaching ahead of him.

In the coaching profession I'd say the coordinators are "youths". It's all relative, we think of Peyton Manning as a feeble old man and he just turned 40.

But its hard to believe that Orgeron is only 4 years younger old man Arnsparger was back then. I think that's a matter of my perspective since I'm now so close to those ages, but also a matter of people being and acting younger now than they used to. Like they say 50 is the new 30. I'm good with being 30. I feel more like I should be 30 than 50, lol!

They're millennials in coach years.

Speak for yourself, I still see him as Archie's boy.
