O has got to go the Bama Route and hire assistants that can effectively coach their position, not just "Great Recruiters" that can't technically coach a lick or develop their players...........

Go after Burton Burns, he is making 345k at Bama, is a hell of a recruiter, and their special teams looked good this year.
He could have RBs, and maybe free up some help with OL for Grimes.

Jeff Traylor is from Gilmer High School. The only reason he was picked up by Strong was to recruit. This is not the avenue we need to go down. O wants our program to actually excel on ST. We have enough coaches on staff as it is that are only here to recruit.
