find a #1 CB. Breaux is not it.
Breaux is a lock-down starting corner. Hes legit. If youre talking about his injuries I can understand. Seems like the type to always be hurt. I dont understand why this team always has their best corners constantly have injuries. Has to be something in training/S&C. Jabari Greer, Keenan Lewis and now Breaux. Cant keep a #1 CB on the field.

1) Fire McMahon, make Vitt a office secretary if Sean absolutely has to keep him around.
2) Buy the best RG/LG (Lang & Joeckel) in FA. Get JPP as insurance. Buy a second corner(Trumaine Johnson or Prince Amukamara).
3) Resign Fairley
4) Trade anything that is not with the program for as many picks as possible.
4) Draft Jonathan Allen
5) If Allen is not available, his broski Tim Williams will do just fine.
6) IFFFFF Myles Garrett falls into range you do whatever it takes to get him and scratch numbers 4 & 5.
7) Allow Dennis Allen to get his own coaches.
8) Get Sean back on Vicodin and Juicy Fruit.
9) Trade next years first for BUGA /troll .

Breaux is constantly hurt and he's been terrible in numerous games this year. got torched against Denver and Detroit. hasn't made many plays. also has a penchant for penalties.

Breaux looked like a legit #1 during the preseason before he got injured. He hasn't been the same player after coming back from his injury though. Very mediocre at best.
PJ Williams was looking good as well before his injury. Hopefully both of them produce next year.

Coming back from a leg injury, are you surprised?

He's had some really bad calls go against him. Some were so bad Ronde Barber was questioning what the ref saw.

Breaux is not constantly hurt, this was his first injury with us. I think it's really affected him this year, which is understandable. The guy was locking up the raiders week 1 and you saw what happened when he left

1) Bring in an entire new medical staff
2) Replace strength & Conditioning staff
3) Remove GM duties from Loomis, give them to Ireland
4) Remove player personnel responsibilities from SP, give them to Ireland
5) Fire McMahon & Johnson, put Vitt back in charge of medication distribution
6) Give DC control of hiring his assistants
7) Resign Fairley, Lelito, Moore, Webb, Coleman, Snead & Edebali
8) Cut Byrd
9) Reduce Morstead, or cut
10) Extend KV & Cooks (2018 FAs)

-No more West Virginia.
-Fire the Big 3.
-Have Pete call the plays & let CSP concentrate on being a head coach.
-Retain Fairley, Snead, & a few other current players.
-Buy a Starting RG, starting LB, & starting CB in F.A. Also, a replacement for Byrd if we decide to cut him(saves us 3.7 mil).
-Draft Round 1 - DE, 2 - OG, 3 - OT, 4 - RB, 5 - BPA, 7 - BPA.
-Find a KR/PR for cheap. Deep threat WR as well.
-No more empty backfields on 3rd/4th & 1.
-I'd like a better TE, but it looks like we're stuck with these 3 guys.
All this resolves around the pipe dreams of unlimited salary cap and money Benson will spend, correctly evaluating college players and free agents to the point of finding players that no one else knows about and having our head coach completely change who he has been for the past 10 years.
So, this aint' happening.

Do you have any idea how much a top-flight pass rusher costs? We would be fricking idiots to pay him what he is going to ask when we're already paying Cam and we're about to be paying Fairley top dollar on the DL.
DE needs to be addressed in the draft.. period
Posted on 12/14/16 at 10:55 am to Rand AlThor
Replace Von Miller with JPP and are you making the same argument?????
we have roughly ~27 million to play with.
Fairley isnt getting some 8 million dollar deal.
Both guards listed are on 5 million dollar deals and you only need one.
We have more cash to play with than in the last 4 years and that didnt stop us before.
In the words of Chris Carter... CMONNNNN MANNNNNN

Not really. I just listed 3 free agents to add, and we have plenty of money for that to happen. If we cut Byrd, then that gives us 3.7 mil to buy a safety. A KR/PR can be found in the draft or paying a free agent near league minimum. Same with a deep threat WR.

We did pretty good in 2016 with the draft & free agency. I'm not saying 2017 will be great, but stranger things have happened.

I'm not a rumor mill type of guy but I am hearing there are going to be some pretty big changes this off-season, some as early as the first week of 2017. Many of them are long over-due. Extremely reliable source too.
