Those that have Gilbert in your top 3 for OC

Have you actually watched any of his games? I spent way too much time than I care to admit watching plays from Texas, Pitt, and Oregon.
I prefer Pitt over Oregon but both are good; field is spread out, use multiple formations, misdirection, and use the entire field.
That Texas offense shouldn't even be in the discussion. I'd take Ensminger over that crap. If you like Gilbert what in the world do you like about that offense?

What about looking at his playcalling when he was at Tulsa in 2015? Here is a link to the Tulsa/OU game in early 2015...also includes plays from other games that season.

My guess is that he had to tailor the offense to account for a true freshman QB...this Tulsa footage looks very different...a lot more slants and medium routes.

I completely agree. I was NOT impressed with his work at Texas, and feel that Helfrich 1 and Canada 2 are better options for us. Also, I don't want a 1 and done Kiffin to come in who would be constantly looking for a HC job, and Sark is AA risk.
