I agree. I can see Gasser as a guy who actually got his rocks off to killing someone. I don't think Hayes ever meant to go down that road.

at this point... I'd probably agree about Gasser being a bigger POS

I wish Hayes would have shot Hernandez when he said " I'm going to kill you n****"
If that happens, smith is alive, and Hayes walks likely.
Let me state that is what I wish happened if some genie told me I had to give a scenario where one person dies. If not I obviously would say I wish everyone lived

I feel so bad for her, holding him back and then them both getting shot and him dying in front of her. Frick that's such a bad scene.

I know Smith is going to go to jail for a long time, but I'm hard pressed to find a bigger POS at that scene than Hernandez. He goes at Hayes and O'Neill, he drops at least an N bomb on one or both of these armed dudes, he shoves his wife down during the altercation; then when the shite hits the fan and shots are fired, he abandons his wife and runs away.
Hernandez deserves to be treated by New Orleans residents like Bartman was treated by Chicago residents.

On a serious note, it's pretty sad that he will be forgotten as a POS douche who took this situation to an unreasonable level. If Hernandez wasn't present there, I believe that all the parties involved would still be alive and well today.

You and chad were basically pimping 2nd degree murder even before any evidence was presented to the jury and you were both wrong, so not sure why you are questioning Foret so hard.

You also have to realize that sometimes the defendant wants to testify. Ultimately it's his decision and some defendants really want to speak up in court.
