Best knife sharpeners

Looking for a good knife sharpener for myself and/or for a dirty santa gift since it's a good item to have. Whatcha got?

Get a few wet stones and learn how to sharpen a knife like a man. In less than 5 minutes I can get most knives to shave hair using a stone. It depends on the steel. Hard steel will hold an edge but its harder to resharpen. Soft steel like a Shrade is quick.

A friend of a friend has an Edge Pro. Too expensive for my taste, but he turned it into a sharpening side gig. Don't know if they have cheaper models, but he swears by their system.

My go to sharpener.
I also have its little brother, the smaller belts are useful for certain tasks. If you can't put a hair-popping edge on a blade with one of these then you need to surrender your mancard.
