I can't speak on that area. Could be higher but I doubt it. $5 a sq ft is going rate around Central Louisiana

I'm in new construction right now and from experience I can tell you it would be upwards of $10 a linear foot. The required 3'' conduit cost around $6 a linear foot. Just for some insight....
LTNC.....up 22% today.

Someone on MT posted about it few weeks back.
DRIP plan on AT&T (T) through TD Ameritrade

Thank you all for the replies. This is my favorite thing about TD! Have a great day!
Been having the ZT since 2014. Almost 250 hrs. 747cc Kohler. Use it to cut 2.5 acres, takes about 1.5 hrs. No issues with mower or motor. 7 years strong.

Buying a business

Posted by jkcooper92 on 6/18/21 at 7:08 am
Tossing around the idea of buying a business. Business can provide all needed financial statements proving it is profitable. Any tips on how to move forward as far as what else the bank will want/need? Or am I missing anything?
I recently had one done. 8ft island with bar top total of 3 ft wide. 8ft counter 28'' wide. Sink $70. Mini Fridge $200.
Blackstone $300. Single burner $200. 2 access cabinets $120 each. Built it all out of brick $1200. Concrete countertops I did myself for $600. So around $3k min. just figure. Avoyelles parish area...
I spoke to a gentleman that runs a mill assembling crane mats yesterday. He said he was approached by a few different people to start cutting lumber when it started to spike but they opted out being prices will start correcting soon. I hope he’s right!

While you’re here how much difference (pricing wise) would it be for prefabbed trusses and walls compared to a traditional stick framing? I’ve always wondered that.
Builder was getting ready to form up for my slab tomorrow. He called me freaking out. He told me that a 2x4x16 that was $6.40 last month is now nearly $16. A 4x8 sheet of plywood is $23 an usually runs about $12. Not sure what we are going to do. Construction loan is only good for 9 months from signing.

I've spend like $3k+ on a lease and killed a doe and 4 pigs

That’s basically why I’m looking. I’ve been in my lease around home $1100 a year in the past 2 years killed a doe and 1 pig. That’s not counting the feed, cameras, time etc.

Not totally committed to rifle hunts. Budget would be $5k for a 3-5 day stay killing buck and doe. I have a bow and muzzleloader as well. Mainly looking for good outfitters and options from personal experiences.

Free range deer hunts

Thinking of making an out of state (LA) trip for 19-20 season. Thinking of a “free range” hunt rather than a public land hunt. Any suggestions?
