Sheriff Stassi can barely form a sentence

Well now he says he's getting 10min updates so I guess his info is accurate, and it explains the distractions and button mashing.

Bro in Law lives on the golf course just a mile from there and works at Dow. Was told to go home, stay inside, and turn off AC.
Scary stuff.

The fact that this thread has slowed is a good sign...

Every time there's a thread about a big arse flare at Dow employees come on and say
Nobody screwed anything up.
Guess they can't do that tonight when there's the thread.

Soooo
Water + chlorine = hydrochloric acid...
Wouldn't a small drizzle be worse than a downpour which would dilute it

I recently turned a car wash over to hazardous materials at the fire department. I was their first customer of the day and when I entered the car wash, I was overwhelmed by the smell of chlorine and my eyes burned. I held my breath and had to wait until I got near the end of the automated wash before I could breath.
When I got out I asked the attendant what happened. he denied that they used any chlorine. I called the fire department, and they came out and investigated. Turned out that they put a bunch of 3" tablets in their water system at night for some reason, and it built up chlorine gas let out by the tablets, so when I was first through it pushed that gas out into the wash area.
The owner called and apologized, and offered to have me examined by a doctor, but I was fine so didn't worry about it, but I did jokingly say I would take a year of free washes (the monthly subscription cost for unlimited washes is $40 an month) and to my surprise he agreed.

Part of my deal would be to make him be the one that rides in the car while it's getting washed

I don't think those Chlorine tablets have the same concentration as what DOW has though
