Do You People Want Every Single Illegal Immigrant Deported No Matter What?

I'm reading the violent reactions in another thread against even the idea of protecting the DACA kids from deportation and it is unreal. Here is the thread in question - about Graham's attempt to protect the DACA kids: LINK /
So, every single illegal immigrant has to be deported from this country with no possibility of staying no matter what their situation is?
Because the protection for DACA kids simply means that those brought here when they were children and who grew up here would have a chance to apply to stay. Because the law says that if you ever came here - or were brought here - or trafficked here - illegally, then you have no possible way to get legal no matter what you do. There is no line to get in and no way to get right with the law. None.
We are talking, in many cases, about kids brought here when they were 2, 3, 5 years old. They are now 16, 18, 20, 22 years old and for many of them, this is the only country they know. They did not choose to come here.
Would you really oppose any legislation passed by CONGRESS that provided a way for them to get on a pathway to stay here? You think that that is some kind of massive affront to the American rule of law - if Congress PASSES A LAW to allow them to stay?
So, you won't be satisfied until every single person who was brought here - many of them didn't even know they were illegal until they reached 16 years old or older - I've heard these stories - you won't be satisfied until they are all thrown out of the country?
Because you do realize that the LAW says that if you ever came here illegally, even if you were 6 months old - that there is NO WAY for you to get legal, no process to apply for, no visa to get, no line to get in? Right? You know that, right? That is what the law says in its current form. Our immigration law treats everyone the same no matter if they are a 25 year old gang member swimming the Rio Grande or a 18 year old high school senior who only knows America but learns they were brought here illegally at 6 months old and wants to make things right. There is no variation at all in how the law sees them. Both are denied any ability to get legal.
And, there is no line to get to the back of. If they return to a country that they do not know, it could take up to 20 years to get back here - if they happen to be chosen. It is basically impossible.
You consider any attempt to correct that as some kind of betrayal to America?
This view is not Conservatism. At all. It is something else, but it isn't any form of Conservatism.

if they have a job an contribute to society i would be perfectly ok with the government helping them go about becoming a citizen legally.

Do they work? Do they pay taxes and contribute to society in a meaningful way? Do they espouse classic American values of hard work? Do they follow our laws and live peacefully among us?
Then no. They can stay. But a lot of immigrants do not meet the aforementioned criteria. The criminals need to be the first to go.

I don't care about the immigrants. I want internment camps for libs

Yeah, that is exactly what everyone wants. After being repeated over a million times that the top priority is to stop the huge influx of illegals coming over the border.

Good thing I'm not conservative.

Would prefer, yes. This is like saying "So every type of mail fraud has to be prosecuted, no matter what?" It's the law. If you don't like it, change it.

The US didn't choose to let them in either.

I knew it was a matter of time before you started a thread with this.
To answer your question, NO not every illegal will be sent packing. Why? Bc it's fiscally & physically impossible.
Does every illegal have a responsibility to self-report? fricking A.
Should every illegal that's a criminal be deported? fricking A
Illegal decisions SHOULD have LEGAL consequences.

1. Secure the border
2. Identify those here illegally. If contributing then allow them to stay as a guest worker and put them on the road to citizenship.
3. If not contributing, do not enable them and prolong their illegal stay. Deport them.
4. Deport all criminals here illegally.

What others laws should we ignore? It's immoral to break up families, right?
End jail time and switch to time outs.
This is a very complicated issue because we have so many petty criminals to deal with. They are still breaking the law. So, for me it's easy. Apply the law as you can or change the law.
Ignoring the law altogether is not what this country is all about.
I don't support a 1 million person deportation force going door to door checking papers and handcuffing folks but I do support deporting those that came here illegally as they are caught committing crimes, speeding, working under the table and stealing identities of Americans.
Fine those that hire them heavily and begin to introduce jail time for repeat offenders. Wait, scratch that. No jail time as separating families is immoral.

Yes they should be deported
What motherfricking part of "illegal" do you not fricking understand
They are breaking the fricking law. They have ZERO respect for the fricking law of this country. They are fricking here illegally. frick them. Send them the frick back to the fricking back of the fricking line.
If someone fricking steals something and gets caught, they get arrested and you all are OK with that
If someone fricking rapes someone and gets caught, they get arrested and you are OK with that
But for some reason some of you want to fricking suspend the damn law for illegals and give them a pass. frick that. We either have law & order or we don't.
frick illegals. Kick them all out. Boot up their arse back to where they came from and if they want to come back they can do it the right way. Get in line.
Anyone who thinks we should reward these lawbreaking scum are traitors and should be tried for treason for aiding & abetting foreign invaders.

I want every person here illegally sent back where they came from, yes.
Either we're a nation or laws, or we have anarchy (or, at best, selective enforcement, essentially equal to some sort of royalty/nobility).
I have nothing against these people. We cannot continue to absorb millions and millions of undocumented, unvetted, untrained, unqualified, unskilled folks from third world countries who are barely literate in their own language, with no period of assimilation. We already have entire enclaves within this country that look, sound and act like third world places - and some of that is via legal immigration.
We certainly cannot have this and maintain anything like our standard of living, our unique culture, our liberty and our security.

Just the bad ones. We can get rid of a lot of trouble. That will be an incentive for Illegals to do the right thing and contribute, instead of just make demands and vote for Dems who will fulfill those demands. Regardless.

Congress can't pardon people. They've already broken the law. I would think rule of law and separation of powers is very conservative.

Border security is number 1 for me. The fact that the violent ones we have been deporting can walk back in and do it all over is BS.
If you can't adequately control the border, it doesn't matter who or how many we deport.
Once its secured, I mainly just want any criminal illegals deported. No third chances, you broke a law being here and now broke another.
Before we start making it easy for the illegals to have a path to citizenship, Id much rather efforts go into making the current legal application process shorter. I have a good friend who did everything right, got his masters on student visas, stayed legal the entire time... took 2.5 years to get his citizenship.

Did you even read the post? Are you serious? You're going to say this to a kid who was forced to come here and has nowhere to go back to with no resources?
Screw you.

1. If I entered Mexico, or Germany, or any other country illegally and got caught years later, I would have no expectation of protection from that country....nor would I get any. Why do we feel compelled to keep illegals here under any circumstance?
2. As inhumane as that sounds to some, consider this: We have poor citizens that we struggle to care for. We are a broke nation. $20 TRILLION in debt. Should a debtor nation borrow money from China to pay for Mexico's poor?
I'm all for helping our brothers of any country. But you can't take care of your neighbor until you can take care of your own house. We do not have the luxury of being benevolent right now. It's that dam simple.
