Will the wall have a series of one way doors to let them all out when the deportation forces get ramped up?

That would save some money.

Not necessarily, but they should never be able to attain citizenship.

It makes zero sense that we have millions of American Citizens on welfare food stamps and unemployment while millions of illegals are here doing jobs that those citizens could be doing instead of living on the government teet. One of the reasons they stay home is because illegals have created a surplus of labor that suppresses wages to the point that you can make more money on the government dole.

So, you want welfare reform? I agree. Who is calling for that? Those people will never do the work that illegals do as long as the check comes from the government. Is Trump addressing that? NO. He hasn't said a word about it.

But, you are right. Any talk of getting rid of illegals should be accompanied by pushing Americans off the public dole so they either work or starve to death. I agree.

OK. I support this now that we have compromised.

Register these poor kids and then use that information to deport padre, madre, abuelo, abeula, tia and tio if they are illegal.

It will make this whole process easier and a bit cheaper.

No, give them the option to obtain partial citizenship under the following conditions:

1) They will never vote, nor their children unless they marry a legal citizen

2) They, nor their children will never receive a dime of public funding, no food stamps, no WIC, no publicly funded scholarships, no free/reduced lunch, nothing. If they are caught attempting to obtain these things, automatic deportion

3) They will pay taxes in their bracket and will not receive any earned income tax benefits

4) Their children can attend public schools IF they pay an extra tax that is based off a percentage of income

There's your amnesty

Yes. I am talking about the same thing. That is what Senator Graham is proposing. A LAW to address this properly.

You are arguing against yourself at this point and are trying to be cute about it.

And, you like for waivers and the law to be changed for things you like and agree with, but for things you don't, you don't want it. Good to know.

I want every illegal immigrant to pay taxes, and every company that hires an illegal to pay their portion of taxes as well.

I want to start there at a minimum

That isn't amnesty. No one is proposing amnesty. Look the word up. It means something totally different than how "Lying Ted" used it to go after Rubio and everyone else who actually wanted to try and solve this problem.

What? If the law is changed and the Senate passes it that's groovy.

Just deport their families right after they are identified as it will be low hanging fruit to get some of the law breakers out.

Party stores will get a boost from all the bon voyage parties for their families.

Did you even read the article? So your saying these kids speak perfect english when they enter 1st grade?Do these kids graduate HS in large percentages? The answer to both questions is unequivocally no and they'rea burden on the taxpayer.
The school district across the river from me will not hire a teacher that doesn't speak a second language doesn't matter if they are a national teacher of the year.

Then no. They can stay. But a lot of immigrants do not meet the aforementioned criteria. The criminals need to be the first to go.

Crimimals need to be deported, yes. That happens already. Im not pro immigration at all but your criteria is ridiculous consisering thay most of them work more on average than any group of peoples, they have at least one job, and they pay taxes they arent legal enough to file back for.

First, build the wall and while this is going on round up all the criminal aliens and out they go.

If you overstayed your visa, hasta la vista. If you skipped a court date you broke the law TWICE. Adios.

All the others must turn themselves in. If found to have kept their noses clean they get a special ID card. They cannot vote. No Social Security or safety net, they are treated like visitors and must report in at intervals. They can work but they will pay taxes.

If they decide to become citizens they get in line. That's the best we should do and it is more than they deserve.

If you are deported and come back. 5 years and out you go again. Second offense, 20 years to life.

Yes, one word ILLEGAL. What in the frick do people not understand. If you feed a stray dog that sumbitch will not leave your house. I also want every sumbitch selling dope arrested as well. Gotta have Law and Order. I am for enforcing all the laws not just the ones people like or dont like.

We have 80 million first and second generation immigrants in America. 11 million of that 80 million are illegal. I'm talking about around 1.7 million of that total being given a chance to apply to stay here legally - which means, they learn English, work or stay in school, pay taxes, pay fines, pay application fees, do not commit a crime, and stay on this pathway for 10 years before they can gain permanent legal status with then a future option to apply for citizenship just like everyone else - all because they were brought here without their consent and did not choose to come as an adult.

That seems like a very equitable solution for what amounts to 1.7 million people (I looked up the numbers).

Participating in the construction of the wall should be part of the path IMO.

Sometimes we have bad laws with unintended consequences. So, we change them.

Treating a 3 year old the same way you treat a 25 year old drug dealing gang-banger is not a just law. We don't do that in any other realm of American jurisprudence. Why just here?

Sure. But why follow laws now?
