I think of this like the NFL crap. I don't really care about the message either way, but I hate when these companies wade into politics.
Make my food, entertain me, be my dancing monkey, but stay out of politics.

Looking up a list of Kellogg's brands to purge from the house now.
Pro tip:
Purge your house of all/most prepackaged/boxed items...
Your health will benefit while you stick it to Kellogg's. Kellogg's is contributing to the rampant diabetes/obesity epidemic that is driving chronic disease / sickcare expenditures.. frick em

Do people really care when a company doesn't want to be associated with a controversial entity?
Why?
Why?

They at some point chose to start advertising with Breitbart but now see a "values disconnect" so now have to stop? That doesn't really make any sense, but I guess neither does publicizing the fact that you are going to make a stink about it.

Check out Nature's Path cereals and toaster pastries.
Leapin Lemurs cereal and pumpkin spice toaster pastries are the favorites in my house.

I'll never understand why a company would take sides in politics. You're asking for revenue loss. Just don't say anything at all and people won't even think about what your opinion may be

Hopefully this turns out better than #boycootHamilton.

Why in the world won't these companies just stay out of politics?

I'm totally cool with companies choosing whom to to business with. That's freedom.
But damn, when did companies get so dumb as to publicly piss on wide swaths of their customer base?
I can guarantee you that if I sold a product that was a general audiences type product, I'd steer FAR AWAY from such silliness.
If I wanted to pull advertising from say, CNN, if I commented at all, it would be one of those "we choose to go another direction" type responses.
I wouldn't be going, "our company doesn't align with the values portrayed on CNN".
That's just dumb.

Try oatmeal with some fresh blueberries and a yogurt, instead. Well balanced and much better for you. Also, give eggs a try again. I boil a dozen at a time to grab when I am in a hurry in the mornings.

Eggos and corn flakes should not be eaten in America! Terrible people! Considering ban on K products!

Why?
Because one person controversy is another's normal. And a company should wish to sell their products to every one. Controversial are not. A company should not be conservative or liberal; they should only be profitable.
