Man, I'm all for that! Stories of him being sheilded by " oh he is a great recruiter" and from what I've read, he probably is; but he is (was hope ) a giant screw up as coach.

That's one thing I was hoping to get (or continue?) with CEO... a meritocracy. Perform or go. No more BBQ cooks and former roommates.
The most significant thing CEO can do, at least for now, is be a leader for both the team and the staff. They are all there to succeed, if doing one person a favor or showing favoritism harms the others, no one wins. A leader can prevent that. A coach is sometimes oblivious to it and it's effects.

and miles certainly didn't do that. he showed favoritism (esp to cam)and that divided the coaching staff. and the players. there is most definitely a reason that the offense turned around immediately folling miles firing. coach O isn't a miracle worker; everyone saw the cancer was gone and got on the same page.
