What good will come out of the constant bitching about the hire?

Love it or hate it, what good for LSU's program will it do to keep on acting like the sky is falling.
Now that the hire is made, try acting like a fan. There's no reason to campaign against O now that he's the guy.
Trust me I wanted plenty of guys ahead of O but the reality is that O is the guy.

Hopefully Alleva is fired and someone with some balls is hired as AD. Nobody making decisions for LSU has had any since Mark Emmert was here.

There's plenty of reason to campaign against him. He's a terrible head coach and he's going to destroy the program. If he wins an NC I'll eat crow, but I don't think we have a title winning coach on our hands.

We're talking about very different things. If not, your priorities are messed up. We're talking about a ball game. Sure we all want to win. Sure, I'd love to have seen them fire Miles and give Saban his old job back when he left the NFL. We make decisions and then we live with those decisions. To be quite candid, look at how the team performed during the time O has had it compared to the low morale with Miles. The team had quit on Miles. O inherited a mess one third of the way into the season, when there is not a whole hell of a lot you can do other than tweak a few things and then hope you get the opportunity to put your own staff together and install your own system during the off season.
This guy has learned from his mistakes, and by the time you live enough life you will have made a few of your own. The question will be whether you will learn from them and correct things. He had the courage to do so. Let's give him a fair chance.

These idiots hadn't figured out constant venom isn't gonna help LSU win games.
Next year at this time if O is a failure, the board will be open to call for his head.

As they should. The point of the hire was continuity. If he doesn't exceed Miles after a couple of years, he should be fired.

This hire needs to be addressed over and over due to the flawed nature of the search and hiring.
If you're too accepting of failure, that's on you.
