Yup, not a solid hire if this was the baseline. Hiring a coach to turn around for another hiring round should NOT excite anyone.

Too early to judge this hire, imo. That being said if he does win can you imagine the servings of crow to be had? I'm a fan regardless, if O is the man then I'm behind him!
