Please, all LSU fans, email your AD and tell him you don't want Fedora as your coach and will withdraw all your support of LSU athletics if he continues any discussions with him about the coaching position.

He didn't do much until last year with Gene Chizik as his DC. He would probably not keep Aranda fwiw.

You realize this is football not basketball right? UNC isn't exactly a football powerhouse and he's made that program competitive despite having FSU, Clemson, and Louisville in the same conference.

Took over a program that was shortly thereafter placed on probation, which of course was not his fault. He still manages to win in a tough conference and his recruiting is respectable (23rd this past year). I think he's a pretty damn good football coach.

Last year in the U Texas game Baylor had its last scholarship QB go down with an injury. They ran 'wildcat' with a WR the entire second half. Played UNC in the Russell Athletic Bowl. Baylor still did not have a scholarship QB for the game and ran wildcat again, and set a bowl game record for most yards (700+) in a game (with a month to prepare). Fedora may be ok for a basketball powerhouse, but not in the SEC.

The guy has exceeded expectations everywhere he has been. His last 2 stops were dumpster fired when he arrived and he won trophies at both. He would be a great hire IF Jimbo says no.

bullshite

He has no ties to Chizik other than he was the best DC that he could afford 2 years ago.

When he refused to give ball to Hood at end of South Carolina game last year that cost them the game, I don't want that guy on the sidelines.

Defensive philosophy as well, does he bring Chizik.

If you're gonna nitpick to that extent then you would rule out every coach in the country 10 times over.

Miles' resume was fairly similar to Fedora's before becoming LSU's HC.

Except it wasn't as good

Did Miles win his conference or division before going to LSU?

Fedora won a conference championship at USM and has won his division at NC.

Miles was credited for making OSU less shitty. Saying he had more success is asinine.

I was saying Fedora had more success.

Someone compared Pre-LSU Les to Fedora, and I said he wasn't as successful.
