No doubt i love his family and they stand beside me. The stealing from a disabled child was recent and he has also recently gone radical with his views on many things.
As for my reasons in asking ya'll, as i said, you guys have reported many instances where the female ex was a count about how she screwed you guys over. i am not doing that. So your opinions would be interesting to hear.
and there is more to the reason on why I am divorcing him but I am not revealing that yet although my lawyers and the law know about that. He was not always this bad but in recent years i am beginning to think something has gone very wrong with him mentally. He has some very radical and hateful views about situations that are frankly delusional and paranoid.

LA is a no fault state when it comes to divorces. Judges divide up the property and debt evenly regardless of who cheated.
Any money brought into the family during the marriage is considered community assets and is split 50/50 but inheritances are not considered marital property therefore no split
Your offer seems more than fair. Hubby is butthurt but it will wear off
