Vegas just sets an educated guess benchmark (to the best of their ability) and the line moves based on whoever is betting for who more. Other than that it's not a fail safe projection at all. For anything.

Yea, but from my personal exp, I think there are going to be a significant amount of white ppl that decide to vote for Hillary rather than a third party candidate like in 2012.
