Wine of the Month Clubs

Need recs on a decent wine of the month club. Prefer reds only (cabs and pinot noir et al). Looking to receive a bottle or two a month. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

I think you can get that option through Laithwates (sp). Honestly if you only want one bottle or two a month go to a Spec's, Total Wine, or another specialty store and ask for recs. Tell them what you like and don't like as well as your price point.

The Full Pull. Not a subscription, but they offer wines 3 times a week, and you select those that fall within your price range and/or that you find interesting. They ship to you once you select 12 bottles.

Where do you live? I find establishing a good relationship with a decent local purveyor (or two, or three) is going to beat this every time. The only exception would be, if you live so far in the boonies that there's no decent purveyor anywhere near by.
