Anyone having issues with making a call to another cellphone? (AT&T carrier)

I can call a land line just fine, but cannot call a cell. Keep getting:
"Your call cannot be completed at this time".
"Your call cannot be completed at this time".

My buddy with ATT is still having trouble in some spots of BR calling.

Our IT guy just said AT&T is disrupted in Dallas.

I've had it the last hour or so. Restarted my phone and it cleared up.

Their LTE is out across the south east. Had to break out the flip phone.

I was having the same issue. AT&T landlines were affected as well.

I haven't been able to make a call in South Shreveport for 2 weeks now.

Yup, same here. Even mobile to mobile on some lines.

According to "outage report", 82 reports in Houston and 40 reports in Mizzu City, TX in the past 24 hrs.
