35 here and I've been waking up at 5:00 like clockwork to piss lately. I don't drink anything for about an hour before I go to bed. Pisses me off

Try two hours.

It sounds like you've got the Clap. You should stay away from the girls in Tuscaloosa.

I pee more than anyone on Earth and it's been diagnosed as entirely mental (OCD).

That is a sign of diabetes, but so is frequent thirst.

I only experienced more frequent urination after I committed to drinking a ton of excess water. I try to intake around a gallon a day. It helped me shed extra weight and my near daily headaches and every other week migraine went away but my sleep pattern now sucks as I have to pee a lot.

Whatever you do, don't wait to get it checked. I was about your age or even a few years younger when I started to piss much more frequently. I attributed it to age and the BP meds I was on. Two years ago I started to have major spasms and blood in my urine. Wound up being a 5 cm tumor in the roof of my bladder. Ended up losing half my bladder and now I piss every 1-2 hrs during the day and 3-4 hrs during the night. It sucks, but at least I'm alive.
