Anybody agree that the NFL product sucks this year?

Lack of superstars, National Anthem bullshite, horrible officiating and just boring games all around has made this year a fricking dud. Anyone agree?

The NFL is great. Just a buncha people wanting to sound cool by hating on it. The NFL is wildly popular here. Just look how electric the game threads are.

It's been the worst product since the days when all they did was cater to Dallas and San Fran in the early 90s

It is just a boring game. Couple in the regional games so I get fricking Atlanta and titans in Chattanooga instead of watchable. frick the NFL. I'll stick to college.
People are really under selling how the NFL limiting its games is hurting its product. I get access to at most 5 games a week of potential 16. 2 are regional which I don't care. The another is tree abortion called MNF. So I get 2 games a week.
Contrast that with college with every great game on tv. But I'm afraid tree conference networks are moving towards restricting access too. I can't get the pac12 network already.

Yea with the Saints being arse I've pretty much called it quits on watching the rest of the season. I'll tune into the playoffs though.

It's no different this year than in previous years. It's a pass happy league. The only difference this year is that everyone is running with the "it's crap" theme.

If the "lack of superstars" and the kneeling for the Anthem makes someone stop watching then they weren't really a fan in the first place. It's been great seeing the young stars in Dallas light it up, and seeing older veterans like Demarco Murray make a comeback. The majority of the broadcast don't even show the Anthem so letting the kneeling bother you is just looking for a reason to get angry.
The officiating has been terrible and that is a legit gripe, but it won't stop me from watching.

Too many commercials and awful officiating. Cut down on commercials and do away with the spot foul on PI and the game improves tremendously.

The penalties have got to stop. It's hard to watch a game of teams I'm not a fan of when I see officials on the screen every few plays.

The only thing that sucks is the Thursday night, Sunday night and Monday night games. They should at least use sunday or monday night and put the best game of the week on every week, instead of pre setting the order every year.
