Yall these damn dinosaur descendants have eaten all my olives off my olive tree. They got to go. I have babied and nursed this tree and it was loaded. What is a good way to keep birds off of them? I'm sure some of you have had some fruit trees or similar and had a bird issue so any advice is appreciated.

Try a shrimp net next time. You won't win.

I'll have try it. I'll have make sure the dog doesn't think the net is a new toy.

Shoot them. With the help of a pellet gun and a hawk, I got rid of this huge flock of parrots in my hood

Tie some silver streamers on the branches. Vineyards use them everywhere.

Sounds like a plan. I also contemplated maybe it's time for a suppressor. I need an excuse to get one.

Put one of these in your tree. I guarantee a reduction in birds.

Hang a couple of Plastic Owls in the tree. You won't have any birds to worry about.

Put a bottle of tabasco in a pump sprayer and spray that tree.

It'll keep the varmits away.

I would just go and get one of those bird nets from the wal marks...they are a pain in the arse, but I have never found anything else that worked well.
