Lol, i love how no one has said Daenerys...
If you had asked me during seasons 3 and 4, I would have said Tyrion without a doubt, but since he's been in Mereen, his character hasnt been as interesting.
I would probably go with Jaime too. He was always a character who you wanted to believe was secretly good deep down, and when he finally became that, the show got a lot better.

Podrick. A good squire that apparently destroys the poon.

Is Ramsay Bolton's dog, specifically the one that ate his face off, a character?

Well, he said favorite, not worst...
I feel like just about everyone who didn't say Tyrion is just trying to find another answer besides the obvious.
Second favorite though... Bronn for a good while then in the last season Davos.

Jaime turns away from Cersai in the books and begins to redeem himself.
I haven't read the books so I haven't seen those actions. Most of what I've seen are terrible decisions and constant enabling of Cercei.

In the books Euron is becoming one of my favorites, and I really like the character of Mance Rayder. In the show I think it might be Davos.

Brienne. Yes, only in fiction could a woman be the most badass warrior in the land, but she's the only character whose honor is unwavering, and is more than badass enough for it not to cost her her life.

Howland motherfricking Reed. And y'all can't even say he hasn't been on the show, he snuck Arthur Dayne like a frog boss.

And I'll add honorable mention to the unnamed falcon who saved John Snow's skin at the battle of the bastards.

Jorah is an ugly cuck who gets put in the friendzone every time the camera turns his way.

Jorah has some badass quotes in the books. In GOT he says to Qotho, "Horselord, try me," and then kicks his arse. It's pretty cool in the show too he says, "No further, horselord." Both pretty awesome.

I like to say his name, "Howlin' Reed," like an old bluesman.
