I like like Davos as well. That performance when he confronted Mel was awesome. He definitely moved up to near the top of my list after this last season.

But I've liked Tyrion the most on the show since the scene in season 1, ever since he bitch slapped Joffrey for not wanting to give his sympath to the Starks for Bran falling out the window. I think his character has suffered a little since he joined up with Dany simply because he hasn't been pitted against anyone that he had to match wits with or bitch slap (since Dany would have him burned alive if he bitch slapped her).
