12. Auburn

The primary school in the 10th/11th school for recruiting…

13. Tennessee
14. Penn State

Take Saban away and that's just another program. They don't have great in state talent and have to compete with Auburn. It's a top job but not #1

USC and Michigan are both clearly better jobs than LSU. And I think we are a better job than Florida.

That still puts us top 6.

This is a great topic for debate. I think Texas is the best job. Austin is a great place to live. Throw in lack of state income taxes. Program history etc....JMO

anywhere lil nicky decides to go, that too could change with a quickness if he doesn't meet the unrealistic expectations he and only he has created, it's a sharp double edged sword folks...

Michigan & USC are both better jobs.

ETA: they can pull recruits from anywhere in the country

Texas #1 then a huge drop off to second tier.

One things you idiots have to consider as well is coaches have families. Austin pretty much trumps ever other colleges location when it comes to raising a family.

Alabamas a good job because of fan support and tradition, but I wouldnt put them above Texas or Ohio state. Maybe not as good as Michigan, usc, the Florida schools or even Lsu, UGA , penn state, as far as recruiting base and competition for recruits.

Alabama is good but no way its #1. They have pretty good in-State competition for recruits and are surrounded by recruiting competition and Alabama doesnt produce as well as some other States except recently.

Texas? No way. Way too many schools in that State and even one across the border that rapes the talent(Oklahoma).

Florida? Same as above(+Georgia and everybody else in the fricking country).

Ohio State? Yes. All day.

LSU? Yes. All day.

Florida is not the primary in Florida. If anything, fsu, Florida and Miami split it in thirds.

25. Pittsburgh

two things about this list. first, its wrong. second, i think more importantly, this list highlights that there really aren't more than like 10-15 GREAT jobs. I mean, okie joke? pittsburgh?

in no particular order
UT
USC
tOSU
Michigan
Bama
LSU
UGA
UTK
ND
FSU
Miami
Penn St
UF
OU
and the most recent addition, Oregon.

other than that is Virginia Tech REALLY a better job than Nebraska, is Arkansas REALLY a better job than Wisconsin? I'm sure BERT would say so, but beyond those 15 I listed, I think youre in an entirely different tier. some will probably argue the 15 i listed could be in separate tiers but I would say those are the most desirable jobs in FBS.
